I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Brunner et al. eLife, 2020. Brunner et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human DNA-PKCS by Western blotting of MDA-MB-231cell lysates. No band was observed in DNA-PK-KO #1 or DNA-PK-KO #2 MDA-MB-231cells, compared to WT cell lysate where an intense band was detected (Figure 5a). No full blot image was available. Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
