I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Kurelac et al. Nature Communications, 2019. Kurelac et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human NDUFS3 by Western blotting of HCT116 cell lysates. A band of appr. 30 kDa was observed in control (+/+) cell lysate, whereas no band was observed in NDFUC3 KO (-/-) (Supplementary figure 1D). Full blot images were available. Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
