I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Mäkeläinen et al. PLOS Genetics, 2019. Mäkeläinen et al. validate this antibody for detection of dog ABCA4 by fluorescence histochemistry of dog retina. No staining was observed in ABCA4-/- retinas, compared to WT and heterozygous retinas (Figure 4a-c). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
