I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Bottermann et al. Cell Host and Microbe, 2019. Bottermann et al. validate this antibody for detection of human TRIM21 by Western blotting of HeLa and 293T cell lysates. No band was observed in TRIM21 KO HeLa and 293T cells (Supplementary s1a). No off-target bands can be assessed outside the displayed molecular-weight region because only cropped Western blot images were available. Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
