I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Rosenbaum et al. Nature Communications, 2019. Rosenbaum et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Bcl10 by Western blotting of sorted splenic CD4+ and CD8+ T cells of either Bcl10fl/fl or Bcl10fl/fl;CD4-Cre mice cell lysates. No band was observed in Bcl10 KO T-cells (Supplementary figure 1c). Full blot images is available. Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
