I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Lopez-Martinez et al. Cell reports, 2019. Lopez-Martinez et al. validate this antibody for detection of human FANCD2 by Western blotting of HeLa cell lysates. No band was observed in FANCD2 KO HeLa cell lysate, whereas a band of appr. 160 kDa was observed in WT cell lysate (Supplementary figure 2a). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
