I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Chung et al. Nature Communications, 2019. Chung et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous mouse Mitofusin-2 by Western blotting of WT and MFN2-KO mice lung alveolar type 2 epithelial cell lysate (AEC2). A band of appr. 80 kDa was detected in WT cell lysate, with a faint corresponding band observed in KO cell lysate (Figure 2c). Full blot images are available. Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
