I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Saponaro et al. Cell reports, 2019. Saponaro et al. validate this antibody for detection of mice SSTR2 by Immunostaining of WT and KO mice pancreas tissue. One image of a cell is shown in supplementary 3c where no staining is observed in the KO cell, compared to the WT cell where stain is detectable. Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
