YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 9 commercial research antibodies against human Collagen triple helix repeat-containing protein 1 (CTHRC1)

The collection of antibodies was tested using A-375 WT and CTHRC1 KD cells in the applications WB (WT and KD cell lysates/30 µg protein) and IP (WT cell lysate) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:2000 ab dilution) 16534-1-AP did not detect a WT cell lysate specific band. No band was detected following IP (2 µg ab used).
