Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Collagen triple helix repeat-containing protein 1 (CTHRC1) and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 9 commercial research antibodies against human Collagen triple helix repeat-containing protein 1 (CTHRC1)

The collection of antibodies was tested using A-375 WT and CTHRC1 KD cells in the applications WB (WT and KD cell lysates/30 µg protein) and IP (WT cell lysate) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:1000 ab dilution) abx422626 detected a faint band of appr. 26 kDa in WT cell lysate with no corresponding band observed in KD cell lysate. Furthermore, faint bands of higher molecular weight were observed in both genotypes. No band was detected following IP (2 µg ab used).
