Our team has carried out deep research in the published scientific literature to identify papers and reports using antibodies directed against human Serine/threonine-protein kinase N2 (PKN2) and followed up by extraction and evaluation of the available data to assess its performance according to pAbmAbs rating criteria.

YCharOS is here conducting a large head-to-head study comparing 11 commercial research antibodies against human Serine/threonine-protein kinase N2 (PKN2).

The collection of antibodies was tested using HCT116 WT and PKN2 KO cells in the applications WB (WT and KO cell lysates/30 µg protein) and flow cytometry (KO and WT cells) according to YCharOS standard protocols (see reference).

In WB (1:500 ab dilution) ARP61894_P050 detected a faint band of appr. 130 kDa in WT cell lysate with no corresponding band observed in KO cell lysate. More intense bands of lower molecular weight were observed in both genotypes. Flow cytometry using ARP61894_P050 (1:500 ab dilution) showed overlapping fluorescence intensity distributions for WT and KO cells, with no visible shift between the two populations.
