I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Liu et al. Cell death and disease, 2019. Liu et al. validate this antibody for detection of human CELF-6 by Western blotting of HCT116 cell lysates. A band of appr. 50 kDa was detected in WT cell lysate, with no corresponding band observed in KO cell lysate (Figure 5B). Full lane images were not identified, why assessment of full blot cannot be done. Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
