I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Montaldo et al. Nature Communications, 2019. Montaldo et al. validate this antibody for detection of human MPG by Western blotting of WT and KO HEK293T cell lysates. KO cell lines was generated using CRISPR-Cas9 technology. A band of appr. 30 kDa was observed in WT cell lysate, with a faint residual band observed in MPG KO cell lysate (Figure 3A). Full blot images were available. Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
