Cytochrome P450 Reductase, Abcam, ab180597

pAbmAbs reviewed Zou et al. Nature chemical Biology, 2021, in which authors evaluated Abcam ab180597 against Cytochrome P450 Reductase/POR in Western blotting. The antibody was tested using genetic validation in WT 786-O-Cas9 cells, and POR−/− 786-O single-cell progenies (SCP1–4) using sgRNA-2. In Western blotting (1:1000), the antibody detected a band of appr. 75 kDa in WT cell lysate, whereas no band was observed in SCP-14 (Figure 2C). Full-range images were available in Supplementary figure 2c. Based on the available experimental evidence and pAbmAbs review criteria, we assign 5 stars for Western blotting.
