I am sharing a pAbmAbs-generated literature review of KO-validated antibodies, citing Thompson et al., Cell Biology, Immunology and Inflammation (2020). Thompson et al. validated this antibody for the detection of mouse FMNL1 by immunofluorescence staining of WT and FMNL1-KO T cells. WT cells showed strong and clearly defined intracellular staining, whereas no detectable staining was observed in the KO cells (Figure 5 - figure supplement 1). Based on the available data, we have assigned this antibody a five-star rating. However, we strongly encourage other scientists to share their observations and experiences with this antibody.
