I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Sato et al. Nature communications, 2020. Sato et al. validate this antibody for detection of mice FAK by Western blotting using WT and FAK-KO Ocy454 cell lysate. A band of appr. 140 kDa was detected in WT cell lysate with no corresponding band observed in KO celle lysate (Figure 3B). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
