I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Oguri et al. Cell, 2021. Oguri et al. validate this antibody for detection of mice Itgb5 by Western blotting using WT and ITGB5 KO CD81+ cells lysates. A specific ITGB5 band was observed at appr. 100 kDa in WT cell lysate, whereas no corresponding band was observed in KO cell lysate (Figure 4G). However this antibody has been discontinued. Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
