I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Liu et al. Cell Death & Disease 2020. Liu et al. validate this antibody for detection of human MLH1 by Western blotting of OVCAR5 and MDAH2774 cell lysates. No band was observed in MLH1 KO OVCAR5 and MDAH2774 cells (Figure 4A and B) Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
