I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Salido et al. Journal of Neuroscience, 2020. Salido et al. validated the SPACR/IMPG1 antibody sc-377366 for the detection of endogenous mouse IMPG1 by immunohistochemistry using retinal sections from wild-type (WT) and IMPG1-knockout (KO) mice. IMPG1 staining was observed in WT retina, whereas no corresponding staining was detected in IMPG1-KO retina (Figure 2B–C), supporting the specificity of the antibody for endogenous mouse IMPG1. Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
