I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Orouji et al. Cancers, 2020. Orouji et al. validate this antibody for detection of human PRDM8 by Western blotting using cell lysates of WT and PRDM8-KO VN-MCC cells. A smeared band was observed in WT cell lysate, whereas band intensity was decreased in KO cell lysate, however bands were still detected (Figure 2E). Based on the available data, we have assigned a three-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
