I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Luo et al. Springer Nature, 2020. Luo et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Aquaporin 1 by Western blotting using cell lysate from WT and AQP1-KO mouse placenta and foetal membrane. A band of 28 kDa was detected in WT cell lysate, whereas no band was detected in Aquaporin 1 KO cell lysate (Figure 2A). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
