I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Lee-Thacker et al. Scientific Reports, 2020. Lee-Thacker et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous mouse RUNX2 by Immunostaining using WT and CBFB/RUNX2-DKO granulosa cell mouse tissues. No staining was observed in RUNX2-KO tissue (Figure 1D). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
