I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Coelho et al. Oncogenesis, 2020. Coelho et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human Mesothelin by Immunohistochemistry using parental WT and MSLN-KO OVCAR8 cells. No staining was observed in ΔMSLN compared to WT showing staining (Figure 2E). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
