I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Coelho et al. Oncogenesis, 2020. Coelho et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human Mesothelin by Western blotting using cell lysates from parental WT and MSLN-KO OVCAR8 cell lines. A band of appr. 40 kDa was observed in parental WT, whereas no band was detected in ΔMSLN1-2 (Figure 1I). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
