I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Aregger et al. Nature Metabolism, 2020. Aregger et al. validate this antibody for detection of human FASN by Western blotting using cell lysates from parental WT and FSN-KO HAP1 cells. of KP4. A band was detected in WT, whereas no corresponding band was observed in KO cell lysate (Extended data figure 1A). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
