I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Pseftogas et al. Cancers, 2020. Pseftogas et al. validate this antibody for detection of human cylindromatosis by Western blotting of lysates from WT and CYLD-KO MCF10A cells. The antibody sc-74434 detected a band in WT cell lysate, whereas no band was observed in CYLD-KO MCF10A cells (Figure 1A) Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
