I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Panic et al. eLife, 2020. Panic et al. validated this antibody for the detection of endogenous mouse MPC1 by Western blotting using brown adipocytes. MPC1 was detected in WT adipocytes, whereas no corresponding band was observed in CreERT2-expressing adipocytes following tamoxifen-induced deletion of MPC1 (Figure 5A). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
