I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Zhao et al. eLife, 2020. Zhao et al. evaluated this antibody for the detection of endogenous mouse TCF4 by Western blotting using lysates from CreER+ WT and TCF3/4 double-knockout (DKO) mouse thymocytes. Antibody 2565 detected a band at approximately 65 kDa in WT cell lysates, while faint corresponding bands remained detectable in DKO cell lysates (Figure 4B). Based on the available data, we have assigned a three-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
