I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Chen et al., Nucleic Acids Research, 2020. Chen et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous mouse SSRP1 by Western blotting of WT and SSRP1-/- ESC cell lysate. No band was observed in SSRP1 KO1-2 ESC cell lysate (Figure 1E). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
