I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Dewhurst et al. PLOS Genetics 2020. Dewhurst et al. validated this antibody for detection of endogenous mouse CDK1 by Western blotting using WT and Cdk1^Liv−/− hepatocyte lysates. At P14, a CDK1-specific band was detected in WT hepatocytes, while no corresponding band was detected in Cdk1^Liv−/− hepatocytes (Figure 1C). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
