I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Alijaj et al. Cancers 2020- Alijaj et al. validated this antibody for the detection of endogenous human FGFR4 by Western blotting using cell lysates from Rh4-FR4wt (WT) and Rh4-FR4ko (KO) cells. A clear FGFR4-specific band was detected in WT samples, while no corresponding band was observed in FGFR4-KO cells (Supplementary Figure 1). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
