I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Li et al. Immunology and Inflammation 2020 Li et al. validated this antibody for the detection of endogenous mouse BAD by Western blotting using joint extracts from WT and Bad-KO mice. A clear BAD-specific band was detected in WT samples, while no corresponding band observed in Bad-KO samples (Supplementary File 1). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
