I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Liang et al. Cell death & disease 2020. Liang et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse Peroxiredoxin 4 by Western blotting of WT and Prdx4 -/- ovarian tissue. No band was observed in Prdx4 -/- ovarian tissue cell lysate (Figure 1D) Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
