I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Bae et al. Molecular Sciences 2020. Bae et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse TREK-1 by immunocytochemistry of control gRNA (Con gRNA) or TREK-1 gRNA transfected cultured astrocytes. Only faint background staining was observed in KO astrocytes (Figure 3B). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
