I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Han et al. Neuroscience 2021.

Han et al. validate this antibody by Immunohistochemistry analysis for STAT3 in cerebellar slices from wild-type (WT) and STAT3PKO mice. No staining was observed in STAT3PKO (figure 1A). Furthermore, immunohistochemistry analysis for STAT3 in amygdala, hippocampus, and thalamus regions from WT and STAT3PKO mice was done. Staining was observed in the WT amygdala, hippocampus, and thalamus; however, comparable staining was also observed in KO tissues. Quantification of STAT3⁺ cells showed no substantial differences between WT and KO tissues. (Supplementary figure 1C).
