I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Song et al. PLOS Pathogens 2021. Song et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human MGAT1 by Western blotting of WT and MGAT1 KO HeLa cell lysates. No band was observed in MGAT1 KO1-2 HeLa cells (Figure 1E) Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
