I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Song et al. PLOS Pathogens 2021. Song et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human GlcAT-I (B3GAT3) by Western blotting of WT and KO HeLa cell lysates. No band was observed in B3GAT3 KO1-2 HeLa cells (Figure 4F) Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
