I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Wen et al. Signal transduction and targeted therapy 2021. Wen et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human p190-A RhoGAP by Western blotting of whole cell lysate from Ishikawa cells with p190A KO by CRISPR-Cas9 methods and parental Ishikawa cells (control). A band of appr. 180 kDa was detected in control cell lysate, with no corresponding band observed in sg p190A-1#1-2 cell lysate (Figure 3A). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
