I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Wang et al. Tumor biology and Immunology 2021. Wang et al. validate this antibody for detection of mouse cGAS by Western blotting of cGAS DKO PY8119 cell lysates. No band was observed in cGAS KO PY8119 cells (Figure 3D). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
