I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Hewitt et al. Molecular cell 2021. Hewitt et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human dUTPase encoded by the DUT gene. The antibody was assessed by Western blotting of iCAS9 whole cell lysates. A faint band was observed in dUTPase KO iCAS9 cells (Supplementary figure 6A). Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
