I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Hoffmann et al. Cell 2021. Hoffmann et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human VMP1 by Western blotting of HAP1 cell lysates. A band of appr. 40 kDa was observed in WT cell lysate with no corresponding band observed in KO cell lysates (KO1-3) (Supplementary figure 1a) Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
