I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Hoffmann et al. Cell 2021. Hoffmann et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human ATG7 by Western blotting of HAP1 WT cells and ATG7 HAP1 KO cell lysates. A band of appr. 75 kDa was detected in WT cell lysate with no corresponding band in KO cell lysates (KO1-5) (Supplementary figure 2a). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
