I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Brandel et al. Cellular and molecular sciences 2021. Brandel et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human Flotillin-1 by Western blotting of control and FLOT1 KO H1299 cell lysate. Following WB, 18634 (1:1000 ab dilution) detected a band of appr. 50 kDa in WT cell lysate with no corresponding band observed in KO cell lysate (Figure 7A). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
