I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Ballet et al. Nature immunology 2021. Ballet et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous mouse CD22 by Immunofluorescence staining of WT and CD22–/– B cells isolated from mouse splenocytes. No staining was observed in CD22–/– compared to WT cells exhibiting clear intense staining (Figure 2d). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
