I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Liss et al. Cancers 2021. Liss et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human ICSBP by Western blotting of MV4-11 knockout clone-, WT- and non-targeting CRISPR construct (Control) cell lysate. Sc-365042 detected a band of appr. 50 kDa in control and WT cell lysate with no corresponding band observed in KO cell lysate (figure 3E). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
