I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Lu et al. PLOS biology 2021. Lu et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous mouse PKR by Western blotting of MEF (Mouse embryonic fibroblasts) cell lysates. Sc-6282 detected a band of appr. 100 kDa in WT cell lysate with no corresponding band observed in either 4-KO or 5-KO (Figure 2B). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
