I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Wang et al. Genome Biology 2021. Wang et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous mouse HtrA2/Omi by Western blotting of HEI-OC1 cell lysates. Cells were transfected with Sp-g1, Sp-g2, and Sp-g3, respectively. A faint band was observed in Sp-g2 KO cell lysate whereas no band was detected in Sp-g1 and Sp-g3 KO cell lysate (Supplementary figure 1b). Based on the available data, we have assigned a four-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
