I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Sighel et al. Cell reports 2021. Sighel et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human TUFM by Western blotting of COMI and VIPI cell lysates. No band was observed in either TUFM KO cell line (Figure 6c). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating. However, as the presented blot is cropped, this assessment should be interpreted with some caution. We strongly encourage other researchers to share their observations and validation data.
