I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Koeniger et al. Cancers 2021. Koeniger et al. validated this antibody for the detection of endogenous KIF3A by Western blot analysis of wild-type (WT) and KIF3A knockout (KO) NIH3T3 cell lysates. Cells were treated with 100 nM SAG or 20 µM ISX for 48 hours. No KIF3A band was detected in the KIF3A KO NIH3T3 cell lysates (Figure 4B), supporting the specificity of the antibody. Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star rating, but we highly encourage other scientists to share their observations.
