I am sharing a pAbmAbs generated literature review of KO validated antibodies. Here citing Malik et al. PLOS Genetics 2021. Malik et al. validate this antibody for detection of endogenous human p73 by Western blotting of MCF10A cell lysates. No band was observed in p73 KO MCF10A cells (Figure 4D). Based on the available data, we have assigned a five-star. However, as the presented blot is cropped, this assessment should be interpreted with some caution. We strongly encourage other researchers to share their observations and validation data.
